We were there for a function or event for the Military Order of the Cootie. Did not book at the rate for the organization but Hilton Honors rate. No services the hotel provided but extra charge for what they claim that had to get an extra charge for a room out of service. I used their microwave but they claim that cooking in room cause a smell on 2 floors and multiple complaints for from other patrons. This smell they claim last a total of 6day so the room had to be nonserviceable for 2 days after checkout. We did not get service even when requested. Claim was cleaned every 2 days unless requested. Asked for clean towels but never received any the old towels were in a pile in the bathroom floor. The buffet served at the banquet was totally nonplotable or worth the price. The management said I should have said something then but it would not have had made a difference. When an event is booked the menu is choose by the Booker. The food was choose by the Booker but the meal is prepared by the establishment roast beef was dry and so called gravy for meat was aushu not meant for potatoes. Very expensive but very poor preparation.
