I am currently IN my hotel room and asked the desk for bottled water and was stated that there is NO BOTTLED WATER IN THIS HOTEL! I feel bad for the attendant at the front desk because her employer SUCKS! She is the one that has to face the customer, not the HOTEL OWNER. The service gets 1 star due to the owners inability to get the most simplest product in their customer BOTTLED WATER! Nobody wants sink water when BOTTLED WATER is available anywhere else other than inside the hotel. Never again!

Very good location for our trip purposes. However, the service was horrible. Room did not have proper working heat, had to call for maintenance every single day during the stay. Hotel staff ignored the “do not disturb sign” and pre arrangement, entered the room without consent. After pointing out their unprofessional conduct, staff did not offer any apology. This is not the Hilton standard customer service, or any reputable company level.

What a pleasant stay! My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the service of each staff member I interacted with was fantastic. Although I wish the TV in my room was equipped with streaming capabilities, it was a large screen with good picture quality. The junior suite's sectional couch and wet bar make it feel like home, and the hotel's proximity to the Capitol and local food and entertainment was everything I needed. I'll certainly stay again, when in town!

Our first visit to the DoubleTree Lansing had some issues that left us disappointed. However, I want to specifically recognize Alana and Danielle, whose professionalism and dedication completely turned the experience around.
Both managers went above and beyond to make things right. They listened to our concerns, took them seriously, and made every effort to ensure our stay afterward was comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. Their customer service was outstanding, and they genuinely cared about making sure we had a positive experience.
Because of Alana and Danielle, what started off as a frustrating situation ended as a great stay. They are a true credit to this hotel and to the DoubleTree brand. We truly appreciate how hard they worked to make things right and give us a great experience.
