The interior of the building had a modern look and was under further renovation in the lobby but that wasn't of any inconvenience. Victor, at the reception. Friendly and helpful while being respectful and professional at the same time. Location - close to the outer periphery of Lansing but that wasn't much of a concern for us. Microwave wasn't there in the room but a lot of nice hotels don't have one in the room.

I went to the lobby late the first night to grab water and they had just cleaned everything up so the water dispenser had been cleaned and put away. An employee Joe noticed me searching for water and actually came out to take and fill my water for me. Amazing service!
