Mom had run into an issue and was getting the run around from price line and her credit card company. Thankfully the manager at Candlewood Suites Brittany was more than helpful and willing to go above and beyond helping rectify everything. Nice rooms, good location, and good service! When mom goes back to visit her granddaughter she we will be dealing with Candlewood Suites directly and have a great experience.

Had a super long weekend! Especially Friday was the longest! Even though I didn’t come very prepared since I really don’t leave my house ever! The staff was patient, wonderful to work with and got my room situated smoothly. Thank you for all your help!

If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is scamming my mom out of money!! She paid through price line and had her room all set up. When she got there they woman at reception told her it was only paid for one night which it wasn't it was paid in full. Mom who is older not thinking paid for the night not realizing the receptionist was wrong and the recepionist didn't check thoroughly enough that everything was paid through priceline. Now everyone especially Candlewood is not helping in the slightest. Basically so they can keep money that is not theirs. Everything They needed, the credit card company needed, and price line needed was sent multiple times and still they have not returned the money and keep pushing it off. Inept front desk, scamming people out of money, I would not recommend anyone stays at this establishment you may end up paying when you shouldn't be. Shame on you Candlewood and your employees!!
