    No snack bags for diamond members was a bummer. The scent of the hand soap (and body wash) in the bathroom was obnoxious. Super powerful and overwhelming. No fragrance should be an option, or the default. Bed has a wooden lower frame that sticks out. Stupid design - take care so you don't wreck your shins on it like it did. Wall paper needs an update in the common areas; peeling and dirty. Check in staff were very nice. Breakfast was pretty good. The yogurt machine was delicious. There are a lot of hotels in this area. I don't think I'll stay here again.

    Worst service I have ever experienced at a Hilton property. Walked in and it was an inconvenience for Joe to help me. He started to mouth off when I asked why we had to run my card again for incidentals (as a Diamond member they should have the info on file). Also asked for the bottle of water and snack, he said they no longer did that. On my Hilton honors app the snack and water is what I chose instead of extra points. No communication on pool hrs, breakfast hrs, shuttle hrs, etc. was just trying to to the bare minimum.

    Whoever planned the remodel of this hotel has no clue what they’re doing. Using tile plank flooring is a big problem for controlling sound pollution from the room above. Not only that but they’ve included rolling desks and chairs. A horrible combination especially if you have kids staying above you like I did. You can hear every footstep and every inch the chair rolls. Looks nice but isn’t conducive to quiet, relaxing hotel spaces. At least they had coffee available unlike the Hilton Garden down the street. I’ll be at the Doubletree next week.

    This review is not for the hotel, but for the shuttle service. I decided to use this shuttle service as last minute for an emergency trip and it took 20 minutes for the shuttle to pull up to take us to the airport. The driver did not put my bag in the van, I had to do it myself. No customer service, no hello, no nothing. On the way back I had to call the hotel to send the shuttle to the airport, again no customer service from the driver, no hello, I had to put my own bag in the van. The driver had no sense of urgency there or back. I do not recommend this shuttle if you are traveling and it’s urgent.
