  I just wanted to take a moment to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff. From the manager to Zeus at the front desk, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. A few days before arriving, I called and spoke with the manager to ask if it would be okay for my daughter, who had just turned 16, to have a slumber party at the hotel. She was so pleasant and reassuring, letting me know it would be perfectly fine, which I truly appreciated. When we arrived, Zeus I believe that is his name. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He greeted me with a handshake, had an amazing attitude, and made us feel genuinely at home from the moment we walked in. He encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything, and that level of hospitality meant so much to us. Our room was nice and clean overall. The only small suggestion I would offer for housekeeping is to check underneath the pull-out couch mattress, as there were a few crumbs left from a previous stay. Aside from that minor detail, everything was well maintained. Overall, the hotel was very kid-friendly, and the staff created such a warm and comfortable environment. One of the most special moments was walking through the hallways and seeing my daughter’s name displayed on the fireplace with a “Happy Birthday” message — it was absolutely beautiful and such a thoughtful touch. We truly felt right at home and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much to the Staybridge staff for helping make my daughter’s 16th birthday sleepover so special and memorable!

  Excellent experience from the warm greeting by the front desk to the lovely atmosphere created by the happy hour hostess, looking after the guests making sure there were snacks for all. The bed was just so comfortable as were the pillows. I did not want to get up! The layout of the room is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We hit the Trader Joe’s a block away and were able to cook a great dinner. The pool area was clean and well stocked with towels, the water was comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. They also greeted us as Platinum Elite members with a point bonus and a room upgrade which was so nice.

  I made a reservation and paid for a room a week prior to my visit to Kalamazoo. Less than 24 hours from visit I receive an email and voicemail that my reservation has been abruptly canceled because there is a wrestling tournament in town. What did I make a reservation for? I called an asked for clarity and was stunned by the rude and flippant response. You cancel my reservation, offer no alternate solution, and tell me I should expect reservations to be cancelled? Appalling...

  We stayed here and our experience was good. We had a short stay (arrived at 11:00 at night and left at 9:00 in the morning) and we said we would stay here again. There was a courtyard with what looked like fire pits, patios, and seating. We didn’t get to the pool but they do have one. The location was only six minutes away from Western so it was convenient.

  This is one of the better hotel stays I've experienced! We originally booked Delta Hotels, 2miles down the road from here. They checked us in then told us the pool was closed. Frustrated, we called STAYBRIDGE. ZEUS was very understanding, friendly and accommodating. He hooked us up right away! The hotel was very clean and comfy. Fireplace in the main area, with ample seating. The beds were so comfy! The mini kitchen was very nice and clean (included a medium size fridge/freezer with ice maker, dining table and chairs, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and updated sink sprayer). The bathroom was small but the shower/tub was spacious. The pool was on the smaller side, but it was nice and warm! Breakfast was the biggest hotel breakfast I've ever seen. So many options and everything was so good! Breakfast attendant was very sweet and friendly. LOTS of nearby dining options. We are SO glad we ended up here instead of Delta. 100% would recommend and stay here again!
