One of the worst Staybridge branches we've stayed in. By the normally high standards of the Staybridge Suites brand this was a real let-down for us. The lack of professionalism by the staff was an eye-opener punctuated by one of the cleaning staff cutting the line to feed herself breakfast.
Quality of the breakfast quite poor & be sure to get there early as if they run out early then its tough luck for you. Our room door had a big gap at the bottom so it meant the soundproofing was very poor too.
Sorry to be negative but hopefully ownership/management can use the feedback.
On a more positive note if you're staying here be sure to try the nearby Culver's, a 9 min drive away. That was a top notch fast food experience for us! 🍔👍

This hotel was fantastic for our long stay. We had a suite with a separate bedroom and a small kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and they give you a variety of pillows to choose from. I also appreciate the decorated shower/toilet from the bathroom sink area. If you wanted to cook you had everything you would need except the groceries. Housekeeping was great and the breakfast was nice. Three nights a week they also have a social with appetizers. We didn't use the pool, but it is inside. I did use the laundry several times and it was very clean.
I only had a few issues during our stay.
If you are a late sleeper you may not have really hot water, by generally in the mornings it was great. You do need to really turn the faucet in the shower, however, to get it. I would suggest either better lights by the sink mirror or a separate magnifying mirror. As a woman with nearsightedness, putting on makeup was a little difficult. The light in by the shower was brighter.
I was disappointed several times coming back to the hotel at night to be hit with the smell of marijuana downstairs. I realize you can't judge a hotel by every person that stays there. Since it was snowing, I'm guessing they choose to smoke inside.

One of the reasons we chose to stay here was for the pool, unfortunately the pool was for all purposes unuseable, it was dirty, cold and half the lights in the space were out. My kids were pretty disappointed, the place is a but run down, needs some updating and was not clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, spoiling food in the fridge, tomato sauce on the cabinets and the carpet and curtains were torn in multiple spots. The breakfast was inedible as well, overcooked sausage and eggs, no available bowls could be found for cereal or oatmeal and there was a coating of yogurt over the trash cans. Positive things to note, the beds were comfortable and games to play in the lobby.

By far one of the BEST hotels I've stayed in! Customer service was very friendly & the rooms were like an efficiency apartment. With a full kitchen, couch, computer desk. Very comfortable. Loved that they also serve not only breakfast, but dinner. Great price. & Pet friendly. 🥰
