We’re off Interstate 94, less than a mile from Wings Event Center. Western Michigan University and downtown Kalamazoo are a 15-minute drive from our hotel. Enjoy our indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and free hot breakfast.
I booked for a cpl days. When I arrived the hotel is very nice. I stayed on the Home 2 suites side. The only down fall is I’ve been smelling cigarette smoke/marijuana since last night. The smell is so strong it’s making me sick. An I’m on the 4th floor in 440. The breakfast was not good, nothing was restocked when I got down there at 7:45. So there was nothing in the fridge no regular syrup everything was suger free. That was really disappointing.

New and very clean hotel, and super accommodating for our skating club that filled almost the entire building. The lobby is large and inviting, with games, a pool table and lots of sitting space. Full kitchens in the rooms are fantastic, and the little convenience store in the lobby has very reasonably priced meals and snacks. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of items, but ran out of many things early (my only criticism). Huge shout out to Amy at the front desk, who is the absolute best ever!

Overall my stay was great. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They were exactly what I expect from a Hilton hotel. The breakfast was great a wide variety of options, all being delicious and plenty of comfy seating options. The outdoor spaces were particularly nice to enjoy time with friends. The location is right off the highway, I had a room facing the highway so the noise was a little much, but next time I'll request an even numbered room which should help mitigate the noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower could be improved upon. The rooms were mostly clean, at least in the areas that count. There was and odd stain on the couch in my room, the dishes were a bit cloudy, and there was a smell emanating from the kitchen sink drain. I know it was a busy weekend with a lot of turnover and a new hotel with new staff, so things can be overlooked. Overall if was a great stay for a reasonable price.

My previous review was removed, I’m
Still waiting for a full refund, this hotel had one employee working at night and was unable to quiet down a room full of teenagers and drunk parents. At 1am after 4 calls to the front desk my father and I decided it was easier to drive home 3 hours than to continue to be kept awake. Police should have been called and the noise makers removed. If you value your sleep I would not stay here, they give Hilton hotels a bad reputation unfortunately
**edit I left their GM a voicemail 5 days ago and have yet to receive a call back**
