Please do not use this Hotel, my daughter and her friend were consistently asked every time the front desk lady seen them did they have a room and every time she told them yes, but the people before them and after them was not asked, and of course skin complexion was different, we were asked to leave the hotel due to our room keys not working and us having to go down stairs several times to ask the lady for a new key and asking what was wrong, she stated sometimes they demagnetize, the entire time we tried to have a conversation with the clerk her security stopped what he was doing just to come over and sit to observe, when we asked the 4th time to see what was going on with the keys the security stated maybe it was us and we didnt know what we were doing, he was consistently being rude to us they lady was trying to help and he was being very unprofessional we called the police they stated well unfortunately if they ask you to leave you have to go, and they lady told us we was not getting our money back and we only had been in the hotel not even a full 24 hours, when we left the next day they charged my card several different transactions and i had to dispute them with my bank, this Hotel is a fraud, do not go there and they are prejudice

This is a great place for an extended stay. It's connected to the Hilton Garden; they share some amenities including the exercise gym. Many local shops are in walking distance.

Currently staying here snuggled up in bed and we noticed that the blanket had multiple strands of long black and brown hair. I’m not talking one or two- lots of hairs! I have red hair. My husband has short blonde hair. It’s 1 am- obviously I don’t want to switch rooms now- but I wonder what Kathy Hilton would think. Gross.

The hotel itself was fine but parking was sketchy. The area is also sketchy. There are a lot of homeless people in the downtown area. I was there for 3 days and my car was broken into in the parking garage and they attempted to steal it. I received a form letter from Hilton apologizing but nothing about helping me out or what would be done about it. My car window was broken out. Hilton called me yesterday about when I would be staying at one of their hotels again. I said never because they didn't seem to care about my car being broken into and weren't interested in doing anything about it.
