If you don’t like the food or drinks; breakfast, lunch and dinner than you’ll be sure to enjoy their bartender, Frank. Frank is an excellent server and person and will ensure that you have excellent service! Also the hotel across them is very excellent customer service! The owner is also very attentive and friendly and is to my knowledge a very good boss for his employees.

The bed was huge, but the mattress was hard and I didn't sleep well. We were disappointed that a continental breakfast was not included. I guess we should have looked more closely at the website because they have breakfast, but it costs $13.95. And there was one sort of weird thing. The buttons on the elevator are confusing. It had been a long day, and I was tired, so maybe it was me, but why are there so many poorly labeled buttons? I just wanted to go up, not pass a critical thinking test.

I was unable to pay for an additional night, my Lyft had already arrived, and there was no one available at the desk to assist me at that moment. I did leave without payment for that night, but there was no intent to deceive and no refusal to cooperate. Instead of calmly explaining the situation or next steps, staff immediately escalated things by using threatening language and mentioning law enforcement, which felt unnecessary and intimidating given the circumstances. I was also told that this situation was being reported in a way that would prevent me from staying at other hotels in the area, which added to the stress. This could have been handled much more professionally and respectfully. What should have been a simple checkout and billing discussion turned into an overwhelming experience due to attitude, threats, and lack of communication. I also want to mention that there are similar people who have dealt with this no one being at the desk to handle them.

The staff was very accommodating with the kids and even opened a conference room for them to gather in the night before our flight. Kitchen staff was very friendly as well. Great experience I would highly recommend this to someone needing something close to the airport. There aren't many restaurants close by but the hotel does offer food and beverages for a fee. We will be back next year!
