    Will not be back. Stayed for 7 days and my room wasn’t cleaned once. I told the manager every single day and they said they would clean the room the next day…never happened. Had a pile of towels 3 feet tall by the end of my stay, trash cans overflowing. Had to go down to get my own clean towels at the front desk every day. Pretty terrible service. Choose somewhere else where they care about the guests.

    Hotel manager was exceptional! I have traveled worldwide and this empathetic, locked in, humorous leader set the standard and tone of excellence for her colleagues. Thank you very much for making me feel like family even though I was 150 miles away from my wife and child(ren). Flo served a tasty, warm breakfast but the food was not the star. Flo was honest, open, transparent, and willing to chat well before sunrise. THANK YOU for leading with character!!

    Nice big rooms with cozy beds and extra good service. The night manager Haley went the extra mile to help me with a travel snafu and was simply great! Thank you Haley!

    We we walked in and booked this Holiday last minute a few months ago. Before we got on the elevator we noticed a puddle of yellow liquid on the floor. Our towels in the bathroom had stuff on it. Looked like blood or something of the sort . We asked to switch rooms. Only checked the bathroom in that one. There was poop on the toilet. I cleaned it off thinking maybe we'd suck it up and stay anyway. But after thinking about it for a minute we just couldn't get over how filthy the whole hotel seemed. Pool was also dirty and closed even though we were told it would be open and our kids were looking forward to using the pool.We were in the building maybe 20 minutes before asked front desk to cancel our room and we left . She did it and send a confirmation email that it was canceled. Didn't mention anything about the fact that they'd charge our credit card for that room we didn't use or stay in. Got an email weeks later saying we'd been charged for the room. We called and asked to talk to management ( Amanda B) . We nicely explained what happened and asked for a refund. She was rude and condescending saying she'd get back to us . That was 3 months ago. She refuses to address the issues. I'd never recommend the hotel to anyone. Would happily change my review if she addressed the issues. We've been to many Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past . Not once have we ever had an issue . I'm not one to leave negative reviews so as I believe in trying to see the best in people and situations but this is unacceptable. So disappointed!
