This hotel is very nice, the staff are friendly, the rooms are quiet. There is a parking garage next door that doesn’t say it is for the hotel, this confused me when I arrived.
The hotel is safe, outside of the hotel not so much. I am pretty sure I saw a security guard in the hotel the morning that I left. They have a pool, fitness place, and a restaurant. I liked the gentleman at the front desk they did and excellent job and were friendly and good at customer service.

This was my first visit to "The Zoo!" I could not be more pleased with the service and accomodations for this Hilton property. I arrived pretty early and the front desk personnel went out of his way to find me an early check in. The rooms a large, yet cozy, despite the frozen hellscape outside!! I would highly recommend this property. It is centrally located and very close to the medical school.

This review is in reference to the “restaurant” at the Hilton Garden Inn. I ordered shrimp tacos that were horrible. They were microwaved pieces of miniture shrimp on cold tortillas. I tasted and left it all! Please remove them from the menu.

I stayed here last month for a conference and use my work card that is tax exempt. I checked out a month ago with the promise of the tax refund and there is no refund. After calling the hotel and the advanced payment number they've given me numerous amounts of times from my stay I have been promised a refund of the taxes up until today. When I called again since no refund shoed up on the card I was told I would no longer be given the refund of those taxes. I gave the hotel my tax exempt paperwork 1 week before checking in. All your representatives do is send me another phone number who says they will fix this and issue the refund but 1.5 weeks later there is no refund. I have been told 3 separate time that a refund will be issued and never was and now they are no longer giving the refund?? Customer service is HORRIBLE. I left the manager of the hotel a voicemail and have to call back AGAIN. Similar to other reviews the bathroom wasn't very clean at all. It had hairs in the shower and on the floor. This whole experience has been terrible. I will never stay with Hilton again.
