  Horrible experience, nothing worked and my daughter ended up with an ear infection the water was yellow in the bathtub.

  I checked out shortly after arrival. When I first saw my room, I noticed the tore up headboard and went to the desk to request a new room. Once the employee finally came to the desk (they had a sign indicating the desk clerk was helping a guest, but they were visiting with what seemed to be friends in the dining area), I was offered an upgrade to another room, with a headboard in much worse condition. I asked if there were any rooms in better condition and I was told there were not, so I was going to keep the original room. When I first arrived, I was on the phone since I check in through the app and use a digital key, but was off the phone and noticing the disgusting, unmopped floors on my way back to the original room. When I got back, I noticed a spot on the table and decided to check out and go somewhere else. Through the entire ordeal, the employee referred to the renovations and I, eventually, just told him I can deal with renovations, but the level of unclean is too much. I travel a LOT, so I'm in a hotel for work approximately 200 nights a year and additional nights for personal travel. This is NOT what I expect when I go to a Hilton brand hotel. I felt like I was at a ghetto motel. It was after 9pm on a work night, so I didn't take a lot of pictures. Highly recommend to book elsewhere.

  Currently undergoing renovations, otherwise a lovely place to stay.
