Final update: I had to reach out to corporate and was able to get a refund put through from speaking with them. Sad it had to go that far. Update: manager was unwilling to refund the last night we didn’t stay. His response to me was “if you didn’t like why did you stay 3 nights” mind you, we just had a house fire + a flooding and had to up and move our stuff with our dog 3 times in a matter of 3 days. Extremely rude and insensitive. READ. Quality does NOT reflect prices. Stayed here due to our house fire as this is a pet friendly hotel. Had to move rooms due to the bed being so sunken in you could see it before you even laid in the bed to feel it, so we didn’t sleep well, as well as just overall a dirty room with rips, stains, and a mildew smell. Only to move to a room where it also smelled like mildew and the bed was slightly more firm but still not great & still Scratches all over the headboard, massive stains and tears on the sofa, honestly wouldn’t be surprised if this place had bed bugs. Fridge wouldn’t shut in new room to keep our food cold due to the freezer door part being broken open, not allowing the fridge to shut. It was also quite loud and the door to the room was like a bathroom stall door and you could literally see into the hallway through the crack when it was shut & this didn’t help with the noise either. While I understand they have started renovations, you can at least replace mattresses, furniture, etc. in the mean time. As someone who is already stressed from having to live else where due to a house fire + a flood, this was extremely frustrating having to pack up our stuff 3 times and move with a dog. We ultimately ended up leaving a night early and headed to the staybridge on stadium(same price and a million times better). Unsure of if I will receive a refund for our last night at this time, waiting on manager to let me know. Photos below of bed, as you can see the sinking in it and scratches (scratches were in BOTH rooms too). Pet fee here is $75 and you would think they would be able to clean and replace things pets have damaged better for that rate.

Unfortunately the rooms and building is not as pictured. There is trash and debris everywhere outside. We walked into the hotel with a man picking his toes on the couch. The building smells funky, the room smells like mildew and there’s mold in the bathroom and jacuzzi. The backboard to the bed was clawed and falling apart. There was also hair in the bed. I had to immediately cancel the reservation-getting only half a refund.

This hotel was a dump. It was under outside construction but that is no excuse for the condition of the rooms. Filthy, and run down. Headboards were slashed with foam exposed. Bathroom was moldy. Draperies hanging loose. Trash on the ground outside our window. Carpeting was disgusting I am surprised that Hilton still allows their name on this facility Staff was not helpful. When I asked a front desk employee if she was the manager her reply was “Why?” The only redeeming thing about the room was the beds did not have bedbugs. If we hadn’t already driven 10 hours that day we would have found somewhere else to stay.

I wouldn't suggest staying here. The have a bunch of construction going on. The building has a very funky smell almost like urion. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. There's like stains on the curtains. Our room had a faint mildew smell. Plus the showee water seems to get luke warm. This feels more like one of those $60 hotels. Also unless your going to give a discount miss me with an apology. If you give people rooms like this then either you're not checking up on them ,or you don't care and you're just posting some stuff so you can seem concern. I am very disappointed.
