Then put you on a do not book list, if you disagree with them taking money with out your permission! The front desk clerk told me She wasn’t going to charge me a deposit, then the manager told her to, so when I comforted them about it, they lied and then put me on the do not book list because I was upset, called corporate gave me 20,000 in points but still make up what they did!
