The room I originally booked was still dirty. We went back to the front desk and were given one that was ready. The rooms are pretty nice, and the breakfast was actually good—which is surprising these days. The area has a typical Rust Belt atmosphere, but the hotel itself is nice. I'd come back👍

Quiet, clean and pleasant to stay in. The bed was comfortable and made for a great night's rest. 🛏️ The breakfast was lovely 🍽️ (they had scrambled eggs, potatoes, and bacon as warm options — I had potatoes, toast, Greek yogurt, muffins, a banana, orange juice, coffee & tea) and I had no issues. An excellent value; I definitely recommend. ✨🌸

I could not get AC to warm up my room and it was stuck at 68 F the whole night. Other than this issue everything else was smooth.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Pulling up the hotel looked decent. I stood at the front desk and walked around the lobby for 5-10 minutes before anyone showed up to check me in. Got to the room and for a night it seemed decent enough to simply sleep in. My husband and I were sitting in our room chatting about dinner plans and our door opened. Housekeeper thought it was empty but did seem shocked. We said we did not need anything and gave the situation some understanding since we were slightly before check in. 10 minutes later another lady opens our door and walks right in! Acted totally normal and said she just wanted to see if things were ok or if we needed anything. At this point we are now very concerned that twice with no knock or warning our room has just been walked in. The front desk said it was bad communication and they simply wouldn’t do it again. I truly feel because I checked in alone that someone hoped I was traveling solo and who knows what could have happened. I definitely don’t recommend staying here at all. We ended up leaving because I didn’t feel safe leaving our things let alone sleeping there.
