When we arrived with a bus full of kids, 2 1/2 hours from home, we were told they don't accept checks. Then we had to pay for each room individually instead of in one lump sum. Check in took over an hour because there was only one person at the front desk. Very frustrating. While we were waiting, another group came in who were sold 2 rooms but with only 1 available.
