    Rooms were on smaller side but not bad. Could def be cleaner. Ice machine was broken, our door lock didn’t work, and they don’t offer free breakfast. Even the cheapest places usually have something. Not the worst hotel but could be way better.

    Please train your staff on policies around supporting nursing mothers. I was traveling without my baby and prepared in advance by calling the hotel a week before to confirm that rooms had fridges with freezer compartments. I was assured they did. When I arrived, my fridge had no freezer. When I went downstairs to ask about safely storing breastmilk, the first staff member told me they were “not allowed” to put anything in their freezer—even after I explained it was for feeding my baby. Thankfully, when I called the front desk later, another staff member was helpful and told me I could bring it down to store. The next morning, when I went to pick it up, the person at the desk looked confused and a second staff member stepped in. Instead of handling it professionally, she was extremely rude and loudly lectured me that they’re “not supposed” to store anything in the freezer—without even asking what it was. Pumping and storing milk while away from your baby is already stressful and inconvenient. Having hotel staff make it harder, inconsistent, and at times rude makes the experience worse. If you are a nursing mom, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

    This hotel will cancel your reservation without notice, booked a room 3 months ago called in the day prior to check in and confirm the reservation and there was no reservation to be found only to find out they cancelled because they didn’t like the rate I received

    Came here to visit my mother in the hospital. She ended up leaving us. The staff here was so patient and supportive of my behavior. You kind of go off the rails when you lose a parent. When I come back to visit, I'll be staying here.

    One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had: poor service, broken amenities, and no accountability. My reservation was cancelled without notice, and I had to pay again at check-in. The first room had a broken faucet, no fridge, and a very noisy air conditioner. Although I was moved, housekeeping never serviced my room during three nights, and basic amenities like towels and coffee were not provided. For the $659 I paid, this was far below the standard I expected.
