Check in was easy. One of the two keys didn’t work on the back door but that was quickly and seamlessly remedied by a visit to the front desk. The room was large which was great. We liked being able to close the door to the bedroom away from the bathroom and jet tub. The couch and bed were very comfortable. Being able to watch TV from the jet tub was so awesome! I woke up about 6:30 and went to the breakfast. The warm cinnamon rolls were delightful! I opened a milk only to find it curdled. I noticed that the cooler didn’t seem to close and stay closed. Maybe that’s why the milk was bad. Before I could point it out to staff another guest had the same experience and pointed it out to the attendant. I had never tried the pancakes from a machine before. I found them flavorless ( not the fault of the hotel though.) The folded eggs, and potatoes were cold. The ketchup looked dark in color which I found suspicious. The orange juice was not great either. After staying at Holiday Inn Express for a week in a different location I found the breakfast to be a disappointment at this particular location. My husband made a point to stop at the front desk to let them know we enjoyed our stay and in particular the bed. The attendant seemed very unimpressed. I would definitely stay again but go elsewhere for breakfast.

We stayed here back in August 2025. The nice gal at the check in and the breakfast were both highlights of the stay. But here’s the reason I’m leaving a one star review - we were originally put in a standard king room. Mistakes happen, but we prepaid and were traveling for a night with our toddler and infant and wanted the king bedroom with a door so we could put the toddler to bed but still function without waking him up. After hauling the kids upstairs just to figure out we were given the wrong room type, my husband went back to the desk and they moved us to the correct room type. By this time it’s 10:30pm and our toddler is ready to settle down so we get him in bed (after doing a sheet a bedbug check), he was ready to sleep, so I go to close the door, and down the wall and back side of the door and door handle is what appears to be human vomit. At this point our toddler is asleep in the bed and my infant is just about asleep in his pack and play, we’re only staying for the night and leaving first thing in the morning, so I leave the door open, wipe down everything else that I can with the Clorox wipes we brought and decide that the sheets looked clean and there were no bed bugs; we’d just report it in the morning and leave the door open. When we went to check out we informed them of the disgusting mess we found and the only offered a “oh I’m sorry”. I reached out to IHG corporate and they gave me a some points on my account (that won’t even cover half a night at any of their hotels). So I pre-paid $154 for the night to sleep in a room that didn’t seem very clean (after I investigated everything else post finding the vomit) and that had (most likely) human vomit on the walls defeating the purpose of getting that room because we couldn’t even close the door. And this is why I’m a Hilton hotel loyalist - as this would have consisted of a reimbursement and most likely additional points or free night with them - and I will never stay at an IHG again if I don’t have to.

Extremely unhappy with our stay here. Booked 2 rooms both one bedroom suites and both were dingy and dirty. Mold in the bathroom and what appeared to be nacho cheese crusted to the bedroom door. The one suite we booked the A/C wasn't working in the living room area. When I mentioned this to front desk they apologized and said they were working to make improvements.. they suggested I leave the bedroom door open to cool the other room down. The 2nd suite we booked the thermostat was set on 68 and the room never cooled below 76 during our stay. Hot breakfast was an absolute joke. Breakfast ends at 10, and at 930 hot food was completely empty. I was told more food was in the oven and that it would ge right out. The breakfast attendant brought out a few sausage Patty's and a few omelets. I asked if there were biscuits and gravy coming and she said no.. so I settled for the omelet and sausage. One bite and it was completely cold. I opened it up and it was still frozen in the middle. When brought to the attention of the front desk and breakfast attendant all I got was a less than sincere "sorry". No offer to microwave the food or anything. I spent $360 at this hotel and the only compliment I have is that the check in lady was nice and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. If ever in the area again we will definitely pick a different hotel.
