    Dated rooms and barely edible breakfast (with poor choices and old yogurt and bread). Poor representation of the Holiday Inn Express brand.

    The TV is old enough to buy alcohol. The rooms are dated. The Internet is slow. The grout in the bathroom is gross. The water pressure is really low. The water is very hard. The breakfast food was room temperature which is a serious food poisoning issue. They served milk out of a shared milk jug which is another foodbourne illness issue. I wasn't able to have any breakfast because I didn't want to be sick. They want $250/night. It's insulting.

    Billing! When I checked in, both the attendant and I knew there would be trouble! Their computer system was being completely replaced on Wednesday and we both knew that would lead to problems... Amazingly, it did!!! On checkout, I was given a receipt for the last 2 day's stay... I asked the midnight person about the first 3 days and guess what... The new computer system wouldn't let him look, access or print the first 3 days! Big surprise, N-O-T!!!!!!!!! I left my contact information and asked that someone on the day shift call me when they figured out the problem. Twelve hours later, I called them and... Oh yes, we have your full stay now available for you to pick up. I said that they need to bring it to me, as I was an hour away from them and had they called me as I asked them to do, I could have gotten it when I was still in town!!! I understand now why most of our group are staying elsewhere!!! I believe the next time... I will too!!! Do better @HolidayInnExpress!!!

    I’ve been staying here for years , multiple times a year and never had a single issue. Side note. The 2nd shift front desk worker is an absolute delight . Definitely deserves a raise for her amazing customer service and spectacular personality making this place even more welcoming.
