The water is very hard. The breakfast food was room temperature which is a serious food poisoning issue. They served milk out of a shared milk jug which is another foodbourne illness issue. I wasn't able to have any breakfast because I didn't want to be sick. They want $250/night. It's insulting.

Their computer system was being completely replaced on Wednesday and we both knew that would lead to problems... Amazingly, it did!!! On checkout, I was given a receipt for the last 2 day's stay... I asked the midnight person about the first 3 days and guess what... The new computer system wouldn't let him look, access or print the first 3 days! Big surprise, N-O-T!!!!!!!!! I left my contact information and asked that someone on the day shift call me when they figured out the problem. Twelve hours later, I called them and... Oh yes, we have your full stay now available for you to pick up. I said that they need to bring it to me, as I was an hour away from them and had they called me as I asked them to do, I could have gotten it when I was still in town!!! I understand now why most of our group are staying elsewhere!!! I believe the next time... I will too!!! Do better @HolidayInnExpress!!!

Definitely deserves a raise for her amazing customer service and spectacular personality making this place even more welcoming.
