What a phenomenal stay! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed by warm, attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The lobby is sleek and inviting, with unique décor and floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in natural ligh

I’m surprised that this hotel has not been a smash hit. Excellent location, great staff great rooms. The bar is the best in town imo. One knock might be it is not a high end steak restaurant- but the menu is solid.

The hotel itself is nice! My issue is completely with the service we received. I am a diamond member and was trying to use my $15 credit at the hotel bar for the one night I was staying. I was rejected despite having a valid ID because the bartender was “not familiar enough with California IDs” to serve me. I was completely taken aback. He also seemed to take joy in the fact that he was not serving me, as he said I will not accept this ID loud enough for the whole bar to hear and look over at me. I am genuinely confused at this power trip and disappointed in Hilton because all my other experiences have been positive with the staff at every other Hilton I’ve stayed at. There clearly needs to be some kind of intervention with the staff here. If you are not familiar with IDs from all over the country, you should not be hired at a hotel that welcomes people from all over the country.

The design of the guest rooms is poor from both a functional perspective and visual attractiveness. There is no flat surface near the shower to place socks, underwear, etc. and then get dressed nearby. Some of the lighting is poorly placed causing some parts to be glaringly bright and others to be dim. The room maintenance is poor with loose wallpaper, poor caulking, etc. There was a mini frig just sitting against a wall next to a chair with the cord stretched across the floor. No nearby cabinet or counter. The Tulyp designers need to chat with the Home 2, Garden Inn, and Hampton designers.
