  Great experience in the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a much better experience than our stay in Byron Center the week prior. The Byron Center location treated us like second class citizens and our experience was bizarre.

  The room and facilities were great, and I had a comfortable stay. However, there was an issue with the transaction after my early checkout. I prepaid for 9 nights but checked out after 7 nights. I was told the unused 2 nights would be refunded, but instead I see a pending charge of $161.39, along with a $50.00 deposit. Everything else was good, but the billing and refund process needs improvement.

  I booked a King Suite (one king bed) and was happy with the room- especially the housekeeping. They cleaned and restocked essentials every other day as long as you don’t leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. One downside: I didn’t see a kitchen cooktop (maybe I missed it), and the room felt a bit smaller than I expected. Not a dealbreaker. The staff was excellent- friendly and helpful with local tips and breakfast info. One associate even got me a fresh pot of coffee when the existing one wasn’t hot. The area felt safe, though dining options nearby are limited. Buffalo Wild Wings was the best close option (full bar, standard BWW), and it was recommended by a hotel associate—thank you to her. One more note: the TVs seemed to be cable-only, and I couldn’t use or cast my streaming apps (Netflix/Prime/YouTube, etc.). That’s a bit inconvenient, especially for longer stays. Overall, a very good stay.

  Great Bang for your Buck and most importantly the staff is awesome! Our room was massive!
