I forgot to call and delay my arrival. But the lovely Ciera had a room ready for me in no time flat. She was professional and courteous to someone who was mildly irritating and I thank her for that. The room was nice and big, clean, and smelling good. Very standard, no surprises. The breakfast was good. Coffee was good too. All in all, I would definitely stay here again on any trip to Holland.
