I booked 8 rooms for one night. My first call to the hotel was answered by a real person, Collin who was very helpful in our booking process. Our family stay was so fun. The pool, and hot tub area was great for all..the swimmers and the soakers. In the evening we gathered in the area above the pool for family game night. The place was perfect. The Staff was very helpful and accommodating, those who signed us in as well as the breakfast staff. It was quiet at night, comfortable beds and a great breakfast in the morning. We will be back. Collin thank you for your attention to detail...you were the perfect PR for The Hampton.

Stayed here with my wife over the weekend and was a really nice place. They had a hockey tournament staying there. Which made everything a little bit chaotic trying to go to the pool. But at 10:30pm all the minors leave and it is quite nice. We would rather stay at a hotel with a bunch of kids and families because to me that means it's safe and not sketchy at all, would definitely stay here again!

We had the absolute best experience at this hotel! We were in town with a large wedding group, which I’m sure isn’t always easy to manage, but the staff handled everything so well. A special shoutout to Collin — he went above and beyond for us all night. He was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating, and truly made our stay even more fun and memorable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. Management should know they have a great one on their team! Thank you for making our wedding weekend so special.

This was a hard review to make. We stayed for a hockey tournament during the city's off season. Our team recieved 2 pages of rules prior to arrival. I understand level setting expectations but this was excessive and made us feel unwelcome before we even got there. Instead of welcoming our off season business, we felt like an inconvenience. We're super jealous of the other teams that got assigned to the other hotel for this tournament. That hotel provided a conference room for players to play knee hockey and have patents done place to hang out. This hotel strictly ban mini sticks and sent adults to thier rooms at midnight.
We arrived at 10:30pm. My player was excited to touch base with his teammates while we set up the room. He was sent back to the room within minutes by staff so told him to go to bed or they'd call the police. Those 2 pages of rules were strictly enforced.
Our room had a window overlooking the pool. The view was super cool but there was no blocking the echoing noise from 9am-mid night. I had to wear ear plugs and turn the AC on to nap during the day and didn't attempt going to bed before midnight.
On the plus side, the hotel was very clean and nicely maintained. The staff not policing bedtime was very nice and friendly. The pool area was a lot of fun with reasonable prices games.
