Check in was a breeze and our rooms were available 2 hours early which worked out great. The staff allowed us to use the breakfast area for 20 of us to gather the evening before the wedding. They also allow surrounding venues to post signage regarding transportation schedules for parties staying at the hotel. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very good and all staff members were outstanding.

I have to dock a star, though, because of the strange welcome I received. I arrived at the hotel moderately late (around 12:30AM), parked in the lot, got out my suitcase and was arranging my things in the car before going inside, when the front-desk employee came outside to ask me whether I was checking in that night. Don’t know if he thought I was a vagrant trying to freeload off the parking lot or what, but I’ve never had a hotel employee do something like that before. While I understand the intention it was an offputting welcome to the hotel. Everything else was good.
