    The Service here is top notch. They shoveled paths to both doors of our car. (Who does that?? And there was zero ice in the parking lot. Which I can say is not true of many other businesses in the area, even the municipal lots.) The breakfast is one of the best I've experienced. There are so many options I had a hard time deciding what to eat. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. It's central location to skiing and restaurants makes it our go to when we are in the area.

    It has been years since I stayed here (it was a dependable clean lodging option back then) but we booked a couple nights for a snowboard trip to Nubs Nob and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms have been updated and are very nice, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is a big step up from our previous experience. The daily fresh scrambled eggs with meat is much better than the banquet pan of watery scrambled eggs usually offered at hotels. The staff (notably Melinda, Sarah and Cindy) is exceptionally friendly and helpful. An excellent stay and highly recommended for anyone going to Nubs or the Highlands.

    My friends and I stayed at the Best Western Harbor Springs location from Thursday - Sunday for our ski trip! The hotel was more than accommodating for both location and amenities! The morning breakfast saved us most mornings! CINDY IS INCREDIBLE! Her hospitality and kindness really made our stay warm and inviting! I look forward to our next trip up and to stay at this amazing hotel!

    I love the ladies at breakfast! Yes, the other reviews were correct about breakfast. It's a really nice one with good eggs and meat. We spent last weekend at trout creek condos and honestly this place is just as nice for a ski weekend. Nice pool area, great breakfast, and clean rooms. Front desk person was amazing too. We called super late and she was able to get us a room that night. We’ll be back.
