    Great stay! Room was squeaky clean. Updated bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nicely decorated. Excellent breakfast. Super nice staff.

    The rooms were decent. The fire fireplace in ours was a nice addition. The thermostat was a tad unreliable. However, why I am giving a five-star review is because of the service and food quality at the breakfast. Now, I am not much of a breakfast fan, but this really made up for every single minor inconvenience. The service we received in the breakfast from Cindy H and Cindy R was perfection and the highlight of our stay here at Best Western. P.S. The waffle maker was the best I’ve seen.

    We stay here whenever we work in the area. Very clean rooms kept up to date well. Always a clean room after a long day of work and service is great. I do wish breakfast was served earlier as we head out to the job site before it's available. Other than that it's a great place to stay close to harbor springs and Petoskey.

    This is a very nice and well kept motel. The exercise room was nice a clean. Breakfast was good. The host cooked dry scrambled eggs especially for us

    Free breakfast with made-to-order eggs. Cindy H took good care of us! Front desk staff was warm and friendly too. Rooms were clean, no issues
