  The pool is so strong it burns your eyes just sitting in there. Housekeeping will walk in on you without announcing or knocking while your kids are changing leaving you uncomfortable and laugh about it and they will lie and say it never happened. Found a bra in the hairdryer bag but they say they deep clean the room, it’s dirty. They don’t treat your concerns seriously. Would not suggest this hotel. RUN AND STAY CLEAR!

  Our (my partner and I's) first stay at Staybridge Suites was one of the most seamless, relaxing stays we've had at a hotel. The staff was great, the hot tub was incredible, lots of opportunities to earn points, and our room was cozy. Breakfast was yummy, too, and the manager was super friendly when he asked us how it was! If I had one single complaint it would be that the pool was a bit chilly, but that really is a nitpick at an otherwise perfect stay!

  My stay at Staybridge Suites Grand Rapids SW 3675 Potomac Circle SW Grandville, MI, 49418 was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. We called the morning of our arrival to let them know we were coming from out of town and asked if early check-in might be possible. Not only were we accommodated, but the experience from that moment forward exceeded every expectation. The manager, Sara, was phenomenal. She demonstrated exceptional hospitality and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. Her professionalism and warmth set the tone for our entire stay. Our room was spotless, smelled amazing, and was very spacious. The shower was hands down my favorite part—beautiful glass design with water pressure so good it rivaled a hot tub. Pure relaxation. We also loved the city view from our room. The bed was extremely comfortable, and being away from our kids for the night, we slept like babies. Breakfast was great, especially the strawberries with whipped cream—such a nice touch. Having the on-site shop for snacks and essentials was very convenient. The rest of the front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming. Everything about this stay was excellent. Thank you so much, Sara, for creating such a wonderful experience. We will absolutely be back next month with our children to celebrate our son’s 17th birthday, and we’re already looking forward to it. It’s always a pleasure being part of the IHG family

  Room was clean and stocked. I had one with a small kitchen and it had medium sized fridge, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, silverware, dishsoap and a dish scrubber. Bar style table and chairs. It was nice. Breakfast was better than the average free breakfast. Several restaurants in walking distance.

  I stayed a few nights here. Sara the manager was amazing. I encountered a few things and she was on top of it. Thanks for all u do Sara. U were great
