- NPNoah Parker6 days ago3.0This hotel nails it on the extras (Taco night, Pasta night, Potato night, fire pits well manicured facility). The problem is they're struggling with the basics. We stayed from Saturday to Saturday and despite the policy of "light maid service" during the week our room received no attention until Wednesday and only because we inquired at the front desk. The problem appears to be communication based. None of the cleaning staff speaks english and none of the front desk staff speaks Spanish. I made the recommendation that they add a door magnet requesting room cleaning. With that, when your room needs service place the magnet outside your room and when the maids complete the service they can move the magnet back inside. This way the maids know what rooms need service and the occupants know when it's done. In addition the fire alarms were malfunctioning during our stay. The alarms went off multiple times in the middle of the night 3 nights in a row. If they can nail the basics, this will be a 5 star hotel. I'm looking forward to seeing improvement on my next stay.

He went above and beyond to update me on delivery (the flower company gave me NO updates but that is a different review), and he was even so kind to place them in the room and let me know. Just a very kind gesture for him to do that when the flowers were for a special occasion. I was literally so touched by his kindness and I hope karma brings him all the good things <3 Thank you Kyle!

- KDKim DukesOct 25, 20255.0The hotel was beautiful with all the fall decorations. They have a couple of outdoor fire pits in an outdoor area that were lovely. The front desk clerk was super friendly and the rooms and hotel were very clean. Bed was comfortable and I slept good when normally I don't. I would stay here again in the future.
