- BBBOct 26, 20255.0This was our first time to the Grand Rapids area, for a wedding. We had such a wonderful stay, from the moment we walked into the lobby to our departure after a 3 night stay. The area felt very safe. All the staff was friendly, very accommodating, hard working! Housekeeping staff it is noted that they work hard and take pride in delivering the rooms clean and inviting. Wonderful Jackie in the kitchen keeping up on the breakfast demands and still finding time to make us feel like we were her only visitors. The holiday skeletons were fun and staff pumpkin decorating contest showed artistic talents. It was apparent that staff enjoys their jobs and work well together to deliver a welcoming environment with excellent service! Accommodating our needs for our late night stay and early morning before my daughters surgery was MORE than I could ask for. Christa helping with the room and late check out, Ashley for checking us in and making sure we had everything we needed (including late check out and pool time), Dwight for getting the pool ready for us, being in such a rush. You were all amazing. All the other staff.. clean rooms, great breakfast, little shop being stocked. Pat yourselves on the back. My Mom heart cant thank you enough. 10/10 recommend. God Bless!

We had several lengthy stays during the month of June and July, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and care for our family through a difficult season.
