- TGTyler Glidewell5 days ago4.0Been here a couple times. Awesome pool area for families. Only thing from a 5 star would be an hour from 10pm to 11pm or taking an hour from the current pool schedule and making an adults only hour. I like to enjoy hottubs, but multiple times on different stays its packed (as should be). But an adult hour would be nice to enjoy the hottub without 7yos jumping in and out screaming like crazy being kids. Notice alot of other people here for work.

Pool area was dirty. No pool towels. Ended up leaving the hotel at 11pm at night because there were so many issues with the room. I never got a refund either.

My family of 4 walked into the pool area and I immediately checked the photo on my phone because it was not the same. The layout and structures were the same, but it was run down, discolored and worn out. The flooring surrounding the pools, the flooring inside the slide pool and the colors of the play equipment is not the same as the photo on their website. Putting the photos side by side shows a major difference. I read a lot of mixed reviews before our stay and while we made the best of it, we will not return. The pricing does not reflect the quality of the hotel or pool. The water was a bit cool, and there were no pool towels saturday night when we got out of the water. I would call and ask for current photos of the pool area before booking if you're still considering it. At least you would arrive more informed about what you'll actually see than we did. Our room was clean with the exception of a few very tiny bugs in the bathroom sink that we had to keep washing down with water. They were so small I had to take a photo and zoom in to tell what it was. It was like tiny black specks. After googling, they are apparently harmless and can be found in hotels that need drain maintenance...but totally disgusting to me. I hate to write this review, but I would not recommend staying here.
