THE HALLWAYS ARE FULL OF TRASH ALL DAY AND EVENING! BUT MOST OF ALL THEY ARE CHARGING ME $750 FOR A DAMAGED TV THAT I DID NOT BREAK, I TOLD THEM IT WAS ALREADY DAMAGED! THEY RAN MY CREDIT CARD FOR $750 WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! SO BEWARE OF UNEXPECTED CHARGES AT THIS LOCATION AND A VERY RUDE MANAGER, WHO MAKES THE STAY UNPLEASANT.
- TCT CarltonOct 16, 20251.0I booked 2 nights at the Staybridge suite for my Son and I. I have been with IHG alot of years. This by far was one of the worst manager and properties we have stayed at. I was booked in room 325, construction was going on in the hallway. Which was an inconvenience but I didnt complain. My complaint came when I got stuck in our bathroom because of a faulty door. When i finally was able to get out and report this to the Manager he never apologized to me for this safety hazard his attitude was I will get someone to aligned your door. When Maintenance came up they said they would have to replace the entire door. When i spoke to the Manager again about this he told me if I didnt like it I could stay at another hotel. This Manager needs customer service training. He was very. rude. I left the hotel and went across the street to the Holiday Inn. Much better customer service at the Holiday Inn. I filed a complaint with IHG Headquarters on the Manager and property. This was a serious Safety hazard and the Manager should of been mpre empathetic. One star because close to Holiday Inn! Buyer Beware!

They promised us that they would get it done but never did! The hallways are full of trash, all day and evening! But to top it off, they want to charge me $750.00 for a TV that I did not break, and I told them that!! So beware of the Management team here and the charges, they will want to get from you, just so they can earn money! I wish I had a better experience with them! It's not the WRONG LOCATION. You guys are located next to Peppinoes Sports Bar, plus I saved all my email information! See this place likes to lie!
- LLLyn Gruning (Lyn)Sep 15, 20253.0We only booked hotel for the outdoor pool and fire pits and they were outside painting the building blue so we couldn't really be outside. We found a needle on the ground in the laundry room and when I brought it up the manager almost acted like I was lying and tried telling me shes never seen that before and arguing that could be just a medicine needle. The bed was really hard but pillows were decent. Shower and room were clean and it was great having a fridge, microwave and burners if needed. The water would never get hot it was warm even on the highest setting. The free breakfast was decent, definitely not the best both days we were there it was fake eggs, sausage, and breakfast potatoes. You could make waffles and toast but the toaster was old and semi broken. The inside of the hotel in the hallways the paint looked old and splotchy. They do not have an ice machine or any vending machines.
