Wanted a night away from home with something relaxing for the family and I and that’s just what I found!
Upon entering the room, it was clean, organized and insanely beautiful! Well worth coming here!
The hotel itself is easy to find and same with the parking!
Staff (Robyn was the main one we seen) was very professional, helpful whenever needed and answered any questions that were asked!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone as long as you can handle it being in the downtown location and possible noises from downtown. To be expected though so didn’t cause any issues.
Can’t wait to come back!!

My night started out terrible with getting stuck on the road because of ice accidents and sliding through freeways. However, when I checked into the hotel Khali did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and welcomed. I was also having trouble with my company card and she made the process simple and was very understanding. Khali had amazing hospitality and customer service at 1am! I have had my fair share of late night check-ins and travel quite frequently for business, but I have never felt this safe and this taken care of before! I will definitely be staying at this location every time i’m in downtown! (Also the parking situation is not bad at all. If you’re coming in at night there are motion sensor lights that make you feel even more safe!)

I stayed here recently while working at the hospital. Service was fine, location was in some respects great, right near many restaurants, I could have walked to work if I'd wanted. Was also pleased with my room, spacious and clean, full size fridge! I had the breakfast every morning, it was basic but decent. Appreciated the afternoon cookies and cheese/crackers when I discovered them! However, the reason I probably won't return here is I could not believe how loud downtown GR was. I was on the 4th floor and there were frequent loud cars all night, one night there was some kind of loud music party (I think it did stop at 10ish). The sound treatments on the windows were so poor I could hear individual conversations on the street outside. Oh, and... I was across from a parking lot where there were dumpsters that they felt the need to empty (tremendous crashing/ banging) at like 4-5 in the morning. I slept poorly all week.

I am giving this hotel 5 stars because of the service, the room, the location and cleanliness. I called to make a change to our reservation the same day and Lexi at the front desk was amazing. She helped us out from the moment I called to make the change, to check in and check out. Couldn't have asked for better service from Lexi, great person to work with. The room that we stayed in was the size of a larger apartment and had everything we needed and wanted. Breakfast was great and the lobby was very clean. The location was perfect as it was right across from the wedding venue and reception that we were in town for. Highly recommend this hotel and again, thank you a ton to Lexi for giving us a 5 star welcome to the hotel.
