This was a nice hotel! Very clean! Assistant manager was attentive and helpful. The only complaint I have is why, when the hotel is quite empty, do you group guests in such close proximity to each other.? We had to switch rooms because the people staying above us were very loud. We needed to pack up all of our things and switch rooms late in the evening. kind of stressful since I needed to take a national exam very early in the morning.

All the things that matter most to me were great. Room was clean. Staff seemed nice. No issues having my dog. Building was quiet. It felt safe and secure. Shared spaces all were clean and well lit. Lots of shopping and food options nearby.
My nit picks - breakfast was lacking. No eggs, no bacon, no protein, just carbs. Don't get me wrong I love carbs and had a waffle, but I was bummed at the lack of variety. Seems like maybe they had egg and sausage sometimes but were out of everything when I went? Might have just been bad timing, but still bummed me out. The bathroom lights are motion sensor - fine during the day, retina burning at midnight when you just want to use it quick.
Overall, a solid stay. I'll probably look for a cheaper spot next time, but no regrets staying here.

Nicole is a terrible assistant manager. We checked in, room had no heat and she would not let the front desk move us to another room because "we don't do that".... So I'm supposed to sleep in an icebox!?!? Had to call Hilton honers... Wow, room changed, just like that.. The manager actually said (while on speakerphone) that "if I get there and it's working, I'm going to be upset."
I'll never stay at a Home2 again. Never. Pics are what it's set at and the actual temp. It's 37 degrees tonight....

Room was nice, but when I went to take a hot shower at night the steam set the smoke alarms off in my room. I noticed after it happened that there is a smoke alarm DIRECTLY next to the shower, which I think isn’t the best idea but no big deal I just figured I’d let the staff know what happened and get them turned off. Not only did the staff accuse me of smoking, but it took them over an HOUR to turn the alarms off. I was stuck sitting in the lobby in the middle of the night waiting to be able to get back into my room. When I spoke to the manager about this issue, he said steam doesn’t cause a smoke alarm to go off and made it seem like I should just be happy they didn’t charge me for smoking, which I absolutely never did! Definitely disappointed with my experience and wouldn’t recommend staying here (especially if you like hot showers and don’t like being accused of things you didn’t do).

Awesome hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Only catch - if you're a Hilton member and check in from the app, you still need to go to the front desk and get a key to turn the power on to your room. That was a little frustrating. Otherwise, great experience.
