    Breakfast looked and smelled great, the suite was well laid out, the bathroom and shower were good for handicapped access, and the warm water on the shower was so good. Didn’t use pool or gym, but both looked clean and nice.

    We parked here for 5 days and got the best service we have ever had with a park and fly facility. The representative at the front desk was amazing. She was so friendly and efficient it stunned me. She was calling the transport van to come take us to the airport before I even had a chance to blink. The young van drive was also super. She drove us safely to and from the airport . She was great to talk with and even shared with us a few good things to do in Las Vegas. Our truck was very safe and secure here for 5 nights. We highly recommend this hotel to park and fly or stay at if you ever need a hotel room. The staff is amazing and the hotel is new and beautiful.

    NEVER AGAIN in my life would I allow my company to use this hotel for our employees to stay during a business trip. The number of restless nights during my stay due to kids running and screaming above me NONSTOP is ridiculous. Some parents don't deserve kids because they lack control and are oblivious. You are in a hotel, during a weekday, with little kids running and screaming all night at 2am? No respect! The level of frustration I have right now with this place is unbelievable. I wish I could call the police at this point, because the front desk seemed to lack control, because the noise continued. IMPLEMENT A QUIET TIME POLICY and start adding loud noise fees! I bet that'|| reduce the noise. People pay a lot of money to stay during business travel at these hotels. Do we really want to be up at 2am when having to get up at 4am for work on a weekday. People need to control their mannish kids. I'm due to return to Michigan next week and I'll stick to the Marriot.

    Chloe was soooo sweet and helpful. Seriously a joy just for the check in process. Shawn also a delight. Two of the most pleasant workers I have encountered. I was here for a work trip and my quick stay was convenient. Room was clean and what I expected. Gym has enough to get a workout in and was also tidy. 5/5 for a quick weekend and convenient place to stay with attentive, welcoming staff.

    I arrived late to check in and had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Jailene. She was sitting in a room behind the front desk and refused to come out to assist me. I waved and called for her multiple times, but she ignored me. When she finally came to the desk, she was extremely rude and angry for no reason, simply because I arrived late. This was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome.
