We took our 4 year old, 2 year old and 6 week old here for a night to play at the water park. I was hesitant to book because of the mixed reviews, however, I am SO glad that I did! The room was clean. The service was excellent. And the waterpark was perfect for our age kids. Our kids played for hours and couldn’t wait to get back in the morning. It also wasn’t overly packed, so we had an area to sit and watch the kids. Don’t let the reviews fool you, this place is a gem! The breakfast was great as well. The buffet included cereal, yogurts, breakfast meat, eggs, biscuits & gravy, French toast, waffles, muffins, coffee, and fruit. It was clean, hot, and well stocked. The attendant was so sweet, helpful, and friendly to my family. We will 100% be back and I know my kids are looking forward to it!

She was super helpful and polite and made our trip very enjoyable and even made sure I got my points and gave me my membership on a card since I lost mine. Would totally recommend to anyone I know because the rooms are brand new, clean, larger than most and has a very kid friendly pool that my daughter had a blast playing with her friends for her birthday! Thanks again !

I will never stay again. There was soap in the hot tub to keep it clean not very good service at all. If I could get all the money back I paid to stay I would. I definitely won't recommend the hotel to anyone I know.
