  Pros: The gentlemen at the front desk was amazing. Super kind and helpful. The entry of the hotel looks redone. The rooms were good. Cons: The pool! We booked this hotel for the pool / waterpark. It is very run down! The buckets don’t work because there is a rusted out hole towards the bottom of the pole - I’m shocked some kid hasn’t gotten cut on it. There are rust stains and yellowing all over. All the paint is faded/chipping. There are stairs that lead from the pool to what now is storage but used to be seating / an arcade. The carpeting on the stairs is falling apart/ off and the windows in the upstairs area look trashy with boxes and stuff. There were also band aids and fake nails on the pool deck. The restaurant / bar was closed. We were told they couldn’t keep staff to keep it open. Which often means poor management. Finally and this one was just a minor annoyance, the lids to our coffee cups in the room were the wrong size.

  Pros: Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Cons: —The pool area was severely run down, outdated, and dirty. Rusty water, and uncomfortably cold. You also felt gross walking on the floors around the pool, as they were covered in fingernails and bandages. It was also beyond loud in there, so you had to yell to hear one another. — The advertised bar was also closed due to staffing issues. Should add that to their website. — Next breakfast: There was only one staff member restocking food, and no one cleaning tables between guests. You’re given the flimsiest paper plates, for your ok at best breakfast options. Overall: Would not stay here again.

  Tammi was a rockstar in many ways! Rooms were nice and breakfast was yummy. Pool water could of been cleaner but still a good time!

  The perfect spot for a midweek getaway. Wanted to do a little shopping and this was in the right location. Check in was easy, even as we arrived early. Our room was clean and mattress comfortable. After a little shopping and dinner we checked out the pool area. The hot tub was amazing! This would be a great place to bring your kids or grandkids as they have a huge pool area just for them. The staff was also very helpful as we wanted extra coffee in the room.

  Booked a short weekend trip Friday and Saturday for my sister and her two kids and husband and myself. We got two very clean rooms, And amazing service. The ladies at the front desk, check-in were excellent and always were attentive to our needs whether that be bringing a crib to a room, getting drinks on our tab, etc. I would like to mention the staff was very kind, turning the lights on in the main dining area when we brought dinner back to our hotel. We booked for the breakfast as well, which was feeling tasty and plentiful. Most importantly, my nieces, loved the pools, the waterfalls etc. Friendly check-in staff, attentive, service, filling, breakfast, Clean rooms and a very nice housekeeping staff. Excellent value for a staycation. Would recommend for this for anyone for looking for a little weekend retreat.
