Coffee machine in the room didn't work. The room while sorta clean could have definitely used some work, hair in the tub, used dental floss on the bathroom floor and the bed looked like it had already been slept in. The service and staff was great however. Hotel is located feet from the highway so be prepared to hear the traffic all night long. Next time Im in GR I think I will save the extra money and choose a different location and drive the extra miles. Way over priced for what it is.

I went to a concert at 20 monroe and even the walk back to the hotel after the show was safe and quick. They also provided free parking which was great! The staff was friendly and we able to accommodate my request to check in a tad early. The rooms are clean and updated and the tv was huge! They also had a great little mini mart and restaurant, and free cookies on our way out! If I ever need to stay in GR again, this would be my first choice.
