Coffee makers in rooms have been removed (apparently an IHG brand standard). The only other option for coffee at the hotel (the new lobby machines) were both out of order during my stay. The automated wake-up call system called my room 2 hours before the programmed time. I had a constructive phone conversation with the GM, Renee, but there is a lot of room for improvement at this hotel. Given the number of comparable competitor hotels in the area I cannot see myself choosing to stay here again.

OTHERWISE, this hotel was spotless, well attended and the staff was AMAZING!! Very helpful during a very stressful week for my husband and I. Kudos to all of them❤️❤️

We came in just before midnight with no place to stay as we were dropping someone off for an early morning flight and I was too tired to drive back to Ann Arbor. We had tried another hotel but it was full. We were grateful for a place to rest, got the top floor which i requested and breakfast had great options and decent coffee. The room was not incredibly thoroughly cleaned but to close me eyes for the night and zip back off by 7a.m. I was very comfortable and grateful.
