I've been brought back to GR area in the last 3 years at least 12 times and we have FINALLY found the right fit. To start off this review this place is extremely clean! I found no dust, garbage, signs of clutter nothing anywhere not even outside. I am a cleaning biz owner so my standards may be a bit higher than the average individual. Their staff is very attentive to the grounds and the guests. Everyone was very kind, respectful, social, and happy!! The atmosphere is exactly what you want being away from home for a family setting. The pool is shaped like the great mitten state which I thought was a grand touch. The hot tub is a getaway in its own..indoor outdoor. Very clean, chlorine levels are where they should be as we don't smell it through out the building and your eyes don't burn. The pool area is well maintained towels were stocked multiple times in my 18 hr stay. The shop area is stocked with healthy and snacky options. Full bar and breakfast we did not include in this trip but looked fantastic and I kicked myself for not adding it on. Parking is abundant and no issues. Our room 228 had a balcony that over looked the roof of the lobby not a great view but I wasn't there for a view there to sleep. That we did wonderfully beds were kinda stiff but not bad stiff like they were new stiff. Sheets were all clean smelt very nice not your typical hotel smell at all anywhere. Room was excellent, stayed awake till about midnight watching TV never heard a soul outside or in other rooms. Not even in the morning it was very nice. Conveniently located with shops, restaurants, mall etc. Its perfect. We will book here from now on when visiting Grand Rapids!

- ARAbhishek RoyOct 15, 20255.0Jacuzzi was fantastic. It was half indoor, half outdoor. It makes it special to enjoy it in different weathers and seasons. Location was great. There is a sports bar right adjacent to the hotel parking lot. Overall it was good. One improvement I would recommend is to have shower-gels in hotel rooms. There were soaps but no shower-gel. I was surprised as almost every other nice hotel I have been to, had shower gel in addition to soaps.
