    First time staying here and I was really impressed! The amenities were great, the hotel was very clean, and everything felt well maintained. The pool area was spotless, and the indoor/outdoor hot tub was definitely the best part of the stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

    We believed breakfast was included with our stay and on the first day only, we got one plate. At no point were we told breakfast was not included or warned that there would be an issue. On the third day, while we were at the pool, we were locked out of our room because of that single plate taken on the first day. Being locked out days later without explanation was embarrassing, stressful, and completely avoidable if staff had communicated clearly from the beginning. That said, Marcellus and Jocelyn were incredibly helpful and professional. They listened to us, treated us with respect, and are escalating this situation to higher management due to how we were treated by other staff members. They were the only reason this experience didn’t feel entirely dismissive. Overall, clearer communication and better consistency among staff are seriously needed. Guests should never be locked out of their room over a misunderstanding that was never explained.

    Unprofessional. My friend and I checked in at 12pm. The terrible front desk girl with fake eyebrows called the restaurant across the parking lot that the hotel owners also own to ‘warn’ them we may come over….? We literally took a nap, went out and then ended up there hours later where they still questioned whether they should serve us. Weird…totally completely weird. My friend was animated at 12, but not at all drunk and somehow that required 2 grown adults to be questioned at 7pm the same night. Stay elsewhere where they don’t attempt to babysit grown adults.

    We first did a staycation here about 4.5 years ago. We revisited on New Year’s Day 2026. Both times did not disappoint. This hotel looks and feels new. It is exceptionally clean. Daniela was super kind and a pleasure to work with. The kids loved the mitten shaped pool and loved the indoor/outdoor hot tub. The abundant snow added an interesting dynamic to the outdoor hot tub. Highly recommend for stays on the southeast side of GR

    My wife had spinal fusion surgery, we stayed her when our daughter had the same in February. We stayed here then and now because of the service etc...Great choices for a stay to attempt to alleviate the stressful situations thank you!
