What is the point of blackout curtains if they do not close all the way? Nothing but bright lights shining straight in my face.

I loved the service, the room, but the location was considered downtown Grand Rapids however, was that college in Michigan? Anyone knows that from Grand Rapids as northeast side, but still I mean it could have been better location but it was that excellent room and the ladies that work. The desk that night were awesome

Make sure your getting the room you request before walking away from the front desk. We booked a king bed ahead of time, when we got to our room it most definitely was not the room we booked. With 2 rolling babies we like to sleep with them in between us. We got a room with two queens and my daughter ended up falling off the bed once. Not to mention the bed skirt to one of the queen beds was filthy not just stained there were dried up chunks involved. Our card keys stopped working twice while we were there for a total of 4 day 3 nights.
