Great hotel for kids too. Pool and hot tub open. Plus the breakfast was fantastic. Cooked items ready to go - Chicken sausage, yukon gold potatoes, western omelets, hard boiled eggs, and oatmeal (brown sugar, slivered almonds, and raisins for toppings). They also have 2 make your own waffle stations (one for a single large waffle and the other can make 4 small waffles). - Toppings include butter, syrup (reg or sugar free), honey, chocolate sauce, or strawberry sauce. Grab & go - toast, english muffins, muffins, mini scones (blueberry and lemon poppy seed), and small boxed cereals. Drinks - coffee (reg & decaf), milk (2% & skim), juices (orange & apple), and water.

Don't even get me started. This hotel does not embody their guarantee of making their guest happy. I was here for about 4-5 nights. I stay at many hotels in the area, and this one misses the bar on SO many level. Let's start with check in. We were not told parking is $18 a night BUT if anything happens to your car it is not protected by them anyways. Next, we are given the wrong room type (no pull out couch which we paid $40 a night more for). No biggie, we call down and let them know. The girl at the desk was unaware they even had pull out beds in the rooms.... Explains why she didn't even know the parking fee. Later when I'm trying to leave the parking garage, SHOCKER the key won't let us out. I have to go all the way to the 3rd floor to be told it's $18 a night and they would wave the fee for tonight and the next day. Little things are a miss. Dust all over the metal bar near the food in the buffet area, waffle topping are okay, Yogurts are just set in a metal bowl sitting out (not cooled in a fridge or on ice), never any towels in the pool room (they even ran out of towels for the hotel in general???), THE POOL AND HOT TUB DISGUSTING EVERY DAY (from Wednesday to Sunday....). Don't even let me mention the housekeeping.... Never, NOT ONCE, did they ever stop by. I would never let someone clean after me, but we just wanted trash bags and towels so we could at lease clean up after ourselves. We asked the front desk for some, they told us to wait for housekeeping to come to our room. They skipped us. I called to the desk after not getting serviced again (was told they are short staffed), they apologized and said I could come down and get it. Every hotel I have stayed at, if room service was accidentally skipped, they apologized and brought me what I needed to my room. Also, it gives cheap when you only get house keeping every other day of your stay. I also don't know the thought behind no clothing storage or drawers in the accessible rooms. Where should I put my clothes? Overall if it wasn't for them having a room available compared to other places I've stayed, I would have chosen other places.

Check in was quick and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and well kept. My family enjoyed breakfast as well. The only issue we had was the pool and hot tub. The water in the pool was so dirty and hazy you couldn't see the bottom and the hot tub had tons of brown foam in it. There also weren't any towels by the pool. Again the rest of the stay was great. Parking, check in, the room, breakfast all very good but we had to pull outta the pool well before my children wanted to because it was just too dirty for us.

I’ll never this exact date but year 2016 on 1/22, this picture was taken by a love one as we were asked with twin 16 years and a birthday cake are we having a party. But these individuals heard us. Ring asked this by the counter clerk as they clearly have their beverages and snacks for their party. Thanks Hampton Inn for revealing your true colors. Just sad.
