    For the past 4 years I have stayed at Hampton/ Hilton hotels almost every week with very few issues. This afternoon while checking in the lady at the desk asked to see my ID, I opened my billfold so she could see it through the clear window which I have done at other Hampton inn with no issues. She informed me I HAD to take it out so she could see the whole license. My whole license is CLEARLY visible inside the clear section. My billfold had accidentally went through the wash and has shrunk around it. The only was to get it out would be to tear it. The only way I'm going to tear it is if the police need it. I'm pretty sure she did not check the ID of the guest in front of me, she made me feel like I was try to pull something shady. It's this type of treatment that prompted me to cancel and drive to the Hampton inn on 500 Center Dr NW. They had no problem with seeing my ID through the clear section. Maybe it was that my skin color didn't match hers and the guest in front of me but either way all my future stays will not be at this hotel.

    Not a fan of the motion sensor lights in the room. Other than that it was good And Melissa at the front desk is a very nice Lady.

    I travel for work, so I stay at a hotel almost every week. Usually there is something or the other wrong with the hotel. I could not find a single thing to dislike about this one. The entire stay was splendid. The staff were all cheerful and friendly, the room was clean and had a great view, the breakfast was good, and the location was great in terms of proximity to the airport and businesses while still being secluded. OK I lied. I found one thing that could use improvement. The handle on the milk dispenser in the breakfast area doesn't work well. If you push it in, milk trickles out pretty slow. If you pull it out, it dispenses much faster but then you're more likely to make a mess by spilling milk while taking the cup out from behind the handle.
