    The staff at this hotel is truly something special. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, kind, and full of positive energy. You can feel the good vibes right away. I had already paid for a room when I received a hotel voucher, and without hesitation, they refunded me so I could use the voucher instead. That level of care and flexibility meant a lot, especially while navigating travel delays. They also offered me water, checked in on me, and made sure I felt supported the whole time. Even simple moments like coordinating the shuttle (which services several nearby hotels) were handled with patience and friendliness. Every interaction felt genuine. Just really nice people, all around. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the incredible staff. They made a stressful travel day so much easier.

    Our stay was great, it was just a quick overnight stay with other family members. The rooms were clean, the common areas were nice and well maintained, including the pool area. It was quiet when necessary and the customer service was pretty good as well. The breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast, nothing to rave about but was good enough to tide you over until checkout. I also appreciated the noon checkout time. It's nice to not feel so rushed.

    Had to come into town for work. This hotel is pretty great. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, got checked in early and have a great room with a view of the lake. Everything is nearby. Looking forward to coming back.
