I reported the issue to the front desk at checkout and was told to email the manager about it, which I did — but I never received a response or any compensation for the incident. I was also supposed to receive my room deposit back and still haven’t gotten it. Fun fact: I actually used to work here years ago as a housekeeper, and unfortunately, not much has changed. After experiencing this leak firsthand, it’s clear that this property is long overdue for renovations and better maintenance.
