    I stayed here in December of 2021 because I was getting a flight out of Grand Rapids airport the next afternoon. Considering it's one of the closest hotels 2 the airport, I got a good deal on the room. The chocolate chip cookie I got at check in was great!

    It certainly is a better day that Spire Hospitality is out with their terrible management and quality leadership is now back!! Cleaner, quieter, back to more business oriented guests from my last stay a year ago where when i previously complained about the all out parties two doors down and was told that they no longer cater to business people and all are welcome. 330am?? Was my response and i had to pull teeth to get comped for my inconvenience. The previous gm words yes and she was not interested in quiet during those set hours only revenue. Thanks for the change!!

    Good room, very quiet. Seems to be a bit of a mildew smell throughout hotel and in room. Breakfast buffet was good, great service, thanks.

    Avoid! Avoid! Avoid this place. They offer no free continental breakfast. When we asked they tried to upsale us a breakfast for $15.00 even though it was suppose to be included with the wedding package. When I called to book the rooms, a guy from what sounded like he was from India took my resignation but didn't add it to the package even though I told him that I was coming here to attend my daughter's wedding. Also I might mention, I had to listing to a15 minutes high pressure sales pitch just to get a small discount for our room which was suppose to be already added because we were part of the wedding party. They have no hot tub. It was removed but they' don't tell you that on their website. The bathroom doors don't lock. No refrigerator or microwave. I should have stopped when I read the reviews about this place having bedbugs too but my daughter recommended it so. I could go on more about this place but there is no sense. They won't do anything to coorect their mistake. I feel horrible that my daughter recommended this place to all her guest for her wedding. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere, anywhere but here. Avoid this place like the plague. Never again!
