Noah FOH and Steve Ella bartenders did an incredible job servicing us. They went above and beyond. Hilton, please give these guys a raise, Hilton!

I was in room 514, but TV not working. They happily moved me to another room, but made me pack up and come back downstairs for a key. As a Diamond, would have been cool if they brought up the new key since the room was next door. Not that I have to feel special, but would be a nice touch.

The lack of service professionals at this location is astounding. We were in for a wedding block and over 40 of us were all catching up as family. First - I call and ask if there is a fridge in each room (I’m breastfeeding). They do not have that. The lady then says “we have a communal fridge downstairs.” I let her know it is breast milk “oh yeah no.” End of discussion. Second - not a single person greeted us when we got there. The valet was on his phone. Front desk no where to be found. Third - first night we were there a good chunk of us were up on the rooftop bar catching up. We were the only people in there and the bartenders were obviously overwhelmed by 20 people at once. (Totally understandable.) but then he goes and SHUSHs us saying he can’t think. Fourth - we had a gap between the wedding and reception so we decided to try our luck at the rooftop bar again. Half of us are up there and one of our party goes to get our elderly blind grandmother. They get to the door and the host goes “oh we’re almost at capacity. Sorry” as he’s letting other people in. Another person from our party lets him know we held 2 seats for them and he says he doesn’t care. There’s no room. So we all leave and the manager is basically begging us saying “oh not everyone has to go. It’s okay.” Come on, do better. To pay $500 for a night stay and not even get a smile…

I stayed here recently and was disappointed by the overall cleanliness and service. There was hair on the floor, bathrobe, and sink area, debris that suggested the room hadn’t been fully vacuumed, and even what appeared to be mold in the shower. What appeared to be a housekeeper tried to enter my room without announcing themself, and several areas of the hotel (including the balcony, gym, and restaurant lighting) were noticeably dirty or poorly maintained. While the front desk staff were friendly and the bedding was comfortable, the experience did not meet the high standards I expected for the price or brand.
