The room they put us in had a stained bed board, garbage disposal did not work and had a hole in the ceiling. Not only that, but anytime I would call the front desk for bed sheets or trash bags they would complain about the housekeeping staff and would ask me to come to the front desk- instead of just running up the item. Which is extremely difficult to do with two large dogs and a baby. I am extremely disappointed- my husband is an IHG diamond member and will never be coming back here again. I’m beyond disappointed with how the staff treated us during our stay and how unaccommodating they are to young families. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
