Apparently they have people living in this motel, opps I mean 'hotel' ... Not only living there but they allow their young girls(Yes I said little girls! Cause people aren't stealing kids left and right! ) , 2 girls about 7-8,possibly 9yrs old, hang out in the hallway... Alone.... Like people walking back and forth and no adults in sight! Hang out in the stairwell as well! Not only that... The hotel is "smoke free" , but this DOES NOT mean Marijuana... You are DEFINITELY allowed to smoke Marijuana and leave your door open the whole time so everyone gets the privilege to smell it... Luckily tho, if you put one of the 2 body towels that they give you (eye roll) , wet and across the floor in front of the crack in the door/floor, it helps with the smell seaping in ... Must be why they took the WHOLE fire alarm, right out of our room... Like not a one in there... Looked like they clipped the wires and just left the wires exposed and left the hole open! So thats nice at least. Also, you may get the privilege of getting woken up multiple times throughout the night (when you have to wake up at 3am to catch your plane) by arguing people whom live in this motel, oops I mean 'hotel'and feel comfortable enough to have a SCREAMING match in the room close to you and the hallway (just in case you're room wasn't close enough.....don't want to leave anyone out of hearing everything! Smh! All kidding aside, this place is an absolute hole! The only nice thing was the gentleman that drove us to the airport. He was on time and very kind and helpful and made sure to let us know when to call him and where to meet him!

Disrespectful and rude staff who find it okay to lie and yell at customers. Rooms are full of mold and they justify the mold.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We checked in on Friday for a weekend stay. The associate who checked us in never actually checked us in. So Saturday morning we had a pounding on our room door as we were getting out of the shower, when I let the know I had just gotten out of the shower they proceeded to tell me that I had 10 minutes to get dressed. Then was not even given 10 minutes before they started pounding on the door again. I tried explaining to them what the front desk associated had stated last night. Which seems to have never been communicated with the morning staff. They had stated I was a no show and didn’t pay for the room. So I had pulled up my reservation and the pending payment on my Cashapp card. The regional manager then stated this is why we don’t allow customers to use Cash App cards because they automatically authorize the amount, but in my experience that is what happens with any card you use it automatically authorizes the amount they are charging you. They said they wouldn’t be able to check me in without payment. So I used another card for payment and was told the amount would be released instantly back to my Cash App card. I had cupped my heads together and rested them on the front desk and began expressing how I didn’t appreciate being given a time limit to get out of the shower when they should have talked with the associate that checked us in before accusing us of being in a room that wasn’t ours. The regional manager began yelling and stating it was not necessary to be leaning on the desk and cupping my hands. And she began to mimic me. Which in return upset me more because I was asking valid questions and expressing how the way I was being treated was poor. I had decided to go back to my room and my key cards did not work. So I went back to the front desk and let them know my key cards did not work. I had asked for the divisional managers information and the regional manager began yelling again stating she was not going to give me that information. That I could contact IGH directly, and that I was going to be kicked off the property if I continued to act that way. She then stated that they had apologized. Which they never once apologized for the way I was treated. I walked away again and the regional manager proceeded to yell at me as I was walking g away. I then called Cash App to inquire about the pedi g charge on my card and they had stated that Candlewood suites had not released the hold off the card. I asked for Cash App to send that to me in a email for me to provide to the staff. When I checked out on Sunday I had requested a receipt for my stay and had expressed to the staff how Cash App had provided me with a letter stating the funds had not been released from the hotel yet. The associate had responded in a detractors manner that the funds were released. I had chosen to just leave because obviously there was no way we could have a civilized conversation. It is now Monday and the finds have still yet to be released back to me. If you like being screamed at and threatened to be kicked off the property for asking questions and discussing concerns then this is the place for you!

Would not recommend. Our room temperature was set at 78 when we arrived and would not cool down. When we spoke to the manager he advised us the AC is not turned on at the moment. It was suggested we could try opening the window… when we did so we basically got a contact buzz and had to quickly close the window due to the strong odor of marijuana. The ceiling tiles were falling in. Our door had been kicked in at some point and the hardware had not been repaired. There was spilled rice all over the top of the refrigerator. There was a hole in the bathroom door. We will definitely not stay here again.

I wish I could give this zero stars. We checked in, looked at the room and immediately left. We refused to stay. There were bugs, stains all over the room, things were broken, the comforter had burns and huge rips in it, and the smell!! I can’t even explain what the smell was that was in the hotel. A mixture of marijuana and feces and unwashed bodies. DO NOT STAY HERE. I will say that the staff was very helpful and refunded us immediately.
