Today, while I am a guest at the hotel for a week, I had seen the flyer in the lobby, I remembered that I had good food there last year, and.thus I decide to pay it a visit. The same server attends to my order not only she suggests my previously ordered items, a busy server that had a memory of my order,!!! she suggested items to fit my palette,... wow..tooo good to be true. Programmatically, she nailed it, :"train the trainer" attitude, this approach should be corporate trained.. Any restaurant would love to hire Erika,....she should be attend8ng to customers in Manhattan, or West Palm Beach, Nevada, or Malibu... the saying goes "the taste SHOULF fit the pallet".... - EBErica BarnesOct 30, 20254.0I can’t get over how much I love the lobby at the Pantlind side of the hotel. The Baron bar had a great cozy speakeasy vibe while the actual hidden speakeasy was a great outdoor casual atmosphere. The room was great and the bed was nice although I didn’t sleep well my whole trip. I did absolutely love the corner room with an amazing 24th floor view. The bathroom was a bit small for the size of the room but the water was hot and had good pressure. Hotel staff were friendly on check-in but I didn’t interact with them aside from that. Everything was clean and the sky walk to the convention center was nice. Easy walk to many places although the city is a bit sleepy Sunday-Wednesday. We headed up to the top to MDRD for additional views, drinks and bites. Great place to stay for a conference or nearby event.
