The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and real. The hotel was immaculate. Breakfast every morning was amazing. We couldn’t have been more thankful for all of you at home2. Every time the kids saw one on the drive back to Florida they asked if we were going back to see you guys. One of our children ended up with a medical emergency the day after Christmas and the staff couldn’t have been more supportive and helpful with our circumstance. I am eternally grateful to you all for making Christmas away from home feel so comfortable. I hope you all had wonderful Christmases and wish you all a happy new year.

- KCKaren CDec 16, 20251.0He visitado este hotel en varias ocasiones pero la última ocasión no fue agradable. Me quedé por 3 noches. Le avisé a frontera desk que había una luz en mi habitación que no apagaba desde la primera noche, a lo cual solo fue y le puso un tape al switch. Quedaron en arreglarlo lo cual no sucedió. El segundo día volví a comentarlo y me dijeron que seguiría igual por qué mantenimiento no había ido ese día y que lo arreglarían hasta el día siguiente. Pedí un cambio de habitación el cual no me otorgaron por qué según estaban llenos. Adicional a este inconveniente no se hizo housekeeping en mi habitación en ninguno de los días de mi estancia, apesar que la política dice que el housekeeping se hace un día sí y otro no. La verdad ya no pienso volver, apesar de que la ubicación me conviene. Tienen que mejorar.
