She made sure the breakfast area was well stocked, very clean and she served with a smile! She even we above and beyond to prepare a 2nd meat option for my family since we have dietary restrictions. Truly Phenomenal!

I’d like to give a special shoutout to Ms. Vivian that handles the breakfast in the morning. She is so sweet and kind every morning and she keeps everything clean and stocked. She does a really good job. Kudos to her and management.

Cheryl is part of the housekeeping staff. She was an amazing person as well. She treated my family so well. Alex the manager hired the best people to represent the hotel. I cannot recommend her enough! The hotel itself was very nice. Rooms were spacious, beds were actually comfy, and we loved the outdoor fire pit.

I had mistakenly booked our stay for the following day and Tracy was so sweet! She took good care of us, got us a room for the night and in the morning already had our new keys changed and moved our room so we didn't have to do anything. We woke up late and Alex gave us some muffins for my family to tide us over. He was very helpful and we are thankful for the muffins! Thank you for a great first impression Tracy and Alex!!
