  Ruth was super caring supporting and nice the staff here make this place soooooo much better in the hotel itself is already just everything we LOVE this place thank you sooo much Ruth for helping my family stay here that much better we keep asking if we can tip but unfortunately we can’t so I’m going to definitely give a shout out to these people they are outstanding you can go to some places in they don’t care about the job for real these people actually love what they do in they sooo nice we been soooo stressed in it’s been like gorilla lifted off our back thank you guys sooo much. If you want to have a nice time with your kids in want to fill safe with your kids in family this is like the perfect family hotel super spacious free breakfast the best breakfast at that in a super nice surroundings of people they all show care in concern thank you guys soooo much ALSO WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOU RUTH🩷❤️

  VICTOR WAS OUTSTANDING TO MY FAMILY super helpful super supportive with the young children he made it wayy more easier to trust for me in my family to continue staying here for the week we booked to be here thank you sooo much VICTOR! I love this hotel the kids woke up saying WE LOVE THIS PLACE super nice helping supporting us we came from the hotel next door which was quality inn we were Racially Profiled they treated us bad at the quality inn due to us being black I would not recommend HOLIDAY INN WAS THE SAME EXACT PRICE WITH WAYYY BETTER SERVICE WAYY BETTER ROOMS AND A WAYYYY MORE POSITIVE Atmosphere I love you guys already we will be back I will always recommend this place even front desk Ashley was Outstanding super nice thank you guys soooo much took sooo much stress off of my family shoulders🙏🏽💕💕💕💕

  DO NOT PLAY MARCO POLO IN THE POOL me and my friends played Marco Polo in the pool and got kicked out of the establishment for doing nothing. We are very mad. 1 star. Also the Indian lady at the counter was extremely rude to me and my 13 year old friends.

  Do not stay here if you are traveling for work! Be warned that the manager, a very loud and angry middle eastern man, will accuse you of smoking marijuana in your room! At around 10:30pm on night three, he loudly knocked on my room asking me, "How did you get this room?! Who is paying for this room? I have no payment information, come to front desk, now please! I have no payment, How did you get this room?!" I easily fixed that problem by walking to front desk and giving him my supervisor's email for a credit card authorization form. However, it took a female from behind the wall to come out and tell him that she would handle it because he was yelling at me to wait and I was crying. THEN, at approx 11:30 pm on Sunday night, while sleeping, I was jolted awake by a loud pounding at my door again. It was him claiming he was getting complaints from other guests and that he himself could also smell "the smoke" out in the hallway. I quickly told him I was sleeping and most definitely NOT smoking. Just for details, I work in the medical field and almost lost my job due to this man claiming I was smoking marijuana in my room and subsequently charging my company credit card for $250 with the words "Smoking Marijuana in room". I get regularly drug tested and most certainly was NOT smoking weed in my hotel room. I travel for work very often and luckily my employer and immediate supervisor believed me and are able to prove with a drug test that I do NOT in fact have marijuana in my system. The hotel will not reverse the charge and refuse to even listen to or have a conversation with my boss. The lovely ladies who work the front desk and the wonderful cleaning staff, were fabulous and I want to thank them for listening to me bawl and plead my case when I moved out. I moved out the next day to a hotel right down the street. Please don't stay here if you are staying for work!! You might end up fired. Edited to add a reply to the below response from the hotel: you will "make sure this doesnt happen again"?! HAH! I wrote this to prevent ANYONE from staying with you. I cannot believe that you think this kind of behavior is acceptable from hotel management. Two nights I was rudely awoken while staying with you, for work! AND was accused of smoking pot!! Are you kidding me?! The manager that did this to me should be fired, because he may very well have gotten me fired. I will be contacting an attorney if I get fired. So you should maybe get prepared to do more than your reply stated.

  Diamond Elite member 60-80 nights per year for 10 years. No no no no no no no. You go here after reading this blame yourself. Kids running above you, no sleep, people outside arguing, road workers inn. No no no. Management very nice but unable to control this nightmare. Too late to leave. Update following day: Ashly on desk this afternoon, operations manager. She was professional and very polite. We moved rooms for last night. It was unfortunate but all too common these days.
