There are EV chargers but they're not setup. Front desk said they're new but didn't know when they'll be on. Service was great, especially our second shifter Ashish. Was in town for high school sports and had setup things in the lobby and he was super nice, helpful, and accommodating while a team of twenty eating machines ripped apart of delivery of cottage inn pizza and the parents hung out late into the night.
Definitely recommended.

Was in town for a sports tournament. The hotel is old with poorly executed “updates”. The floors are dirty, the bathtub (besides being yellow and gross) drained very slowly. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom next to the peeling paint. The place is, overall, a dump.

Clean spacious rooms and amenities, kind staff, filling breakfast, and unlimited free coffee are a great combination. EV chargers in the parking lot were out of service when we visited in October 2025.

Booked a room for my wedding over a month in advance. My confirmation email showed the wrong check-in time. When I contacted the hotel again, they were very nice and upgraded me to a suite for my wedding at no charge.
The day of the wedding I was told by the front desk they don't have a room for me until after 3pm. I needed the room for me and my groomsmen to get ready for my wedding. So instead of a room, we used a conference room they had stocked full of storage boxes. I wasn't even able to take a shower before getting dressed for my wedding day.
I should have gone with my intuition and booked the room for 2 nights to assure I had a room for my big day. That's a mistake I won't be able to fix.
Management told me they would give me IHG points and that they were sorry. Corporate basically said the same thing. I won't be staying at an IHG hotel ever again because of this issue, which I made sure management and corporate both knew. IHG could offer me free rooms for life and I'd refuse. I'd rather pay extra & go out of my way to stay with a different hotel chain.
Don't make the same mistake as me. Hope this helps!
