That happened today. After a tumultuous week on several fronts, I drove up to get some rest at the Holiday Inn Express in Gaylord, Michigan. Although Krystal and Tricia were very busy, I observed their true professionalism and authentic approach to individualized customer service. Whether it was helping me check in, assisting other guests, or helping fellow staff members, they remained laser focused on every person they assisted. Yes, good customer service is still out there but I personally find exceptional customer service in decline. I’m not sure who hired these professionals, but I respectfully request that you recognize them, thank them, and pray to God you can keep them because the service they provide is above and beyond.
