    Stayed for 4 nights. Room never serviced. Had to ask for fresh towels after the third night. Room ran either very hot or very cold, likely due to the windows allowing cold air to draft in. Below average overall.

    BEWARE, CONFIRMED BED BUGS AT THIS LOCATION! We checked in 12/27/2025, after an hour in the room we noticed an insect on the bed, captured it in a plastic bag, and confirmed it was a bed bug. We promptly demanded a refund and presented the pest to the staff. We have been staying with Hampton Inn for 30 years and have always been very pleased with the accommodations. However, this location appears to be old and in need of renovation. I would not recommend this location under any circumstances. There are better/newer/cleaner options in the area.
