    Great location easy to get to right off I-75 and ample parking. There's a Walmart and Bob Evans basically in the same parking lot, so some places to walk to if you need anything. The lobby was clean, the staff was nice but not very attentive. I had to stand at the front desk staring at the girl in the back for an awkward amount of time before she came over to check me in. The hot breakfast in the morning was good, but you have to get there early because they are slow refilling the food and seems like they basically run out by 9am. The room was pretty awful. The bed was good, but the carpet was disgustingly dirty, the TV worked but had a partially broken screen, and the bathroom had someone's trash left behind sitting under the sink. Do not recommend.

    I have been a silver member for a few years. I can only give 2 stars. Location was great. Went into room 313. Room appeared clean when walking in. Turned down the bed after a long drive. Sheets seemed clean. There was a musty smell so I checked the air filter, it was dirty and really needed cleaned. Window was very dirty. Bathroom wasn't horrible but sink was barely draining after brushing my teeth. I left the building and came back to find a door that was unlocked and did not lock. I told the front desk and they told me it never locks and did not seem too worried about it. THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF GUESTS IS THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE!. I am in law enforcement and I cannot believe this was not important and if this is always unlocked then that's to bad for the guests. I won't be staying there again.

    I spent $400 for one day, one room. You would expect to have the expectation that the staff could at least have a quality room available for that price. They did not. This place has a severe management issue. The room was clean but how do you have a broken refrigerator in a room? No ice machine, bottles that are in the shower for shampoo and other amenities empty? I just spent a ton of money and you can't even have the basic things in a room taken care of. Very poor management. Absolutely 100% on the management of this building. I certainly hope whoever's managing this place gets shot out of a cannon. Please don't respond with an apology, I know for sure you don't care. Your management style proves that.
