Check in. They tell us hot tubs been down for weeks. Ratty carpets thru the hallways. Used cups behind the bed.

The desk clerk came up to the room and got the heat working. Then the power went out, not the fault of the hotel, power lines were falling and catching on fire. Asked and got extra blankets to keep warm until power was restored. Power was restored around 1:30am. In the morning tried to take a shower but there wasn't any hot water. Mentioned this at check out and was told it should be working now....I am checking out unable now to take a shower. Was not offered any type of discount for all the inconveniences.
