  Great hotel they helped us get a new room since the upstairs neighbors where so loud and they wouldn't stop for hours and the manager had to tell them to quiet down or they will get kicked out . Seriously if you have children actually be a parent and listen to the quiet time hours and make your children not be so loud and stomp like crazy .overall the new room is such more quiet and we are happy.the rooms are clean and well taken care of . They dont have a hotub at all but they have a gym and a pool

  I made reservations via Expedia site for my honeymoon and the site in error defaulted to the weekend I was making my reservation. Expedia called the hotel and they denied refunding due to a no show (no duh, it wasn’t the date) and was unwilling to accommodate us. I will never ever stay at a holiday inn again!!

  We stayed one night February 13, 2026 and checked in around 5:00 PM & went up to our room to drop our stuff off and went out sightseeing. We did not look over the room or anything as we wanted to get out and sightsee. We got back to the room around 8-9:00 PM and watched some tv and went to sleep. We got up the next morning & husband took a shower and the water went out all over the floor in the bathroom out into the hallway of our room. We had to use all of our towels we had to clean up all of the water. Also On the bathroom floor were toenail clipping’s by the sink and on the carpet it was never even vacuumed. there was debri all over the carpeting along with a pill that I found on the floor. Upon checking out, I found a scarf on the floor at the end of the TV stand from a previous guest. This room was definitely not worth a $268 price that my husband surprised me with for our anniversary. I told the lady at the front desk upon our checkout and all she said was “I apologize for that”. This Hotel is perfectly located for all of the sights, but definitely was not cleaned or vacuumed. I wish I would have noticed all of this when we first walked into the room because I would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else worth that price . If I could attach photos I would.

  My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice, both experiences were bad. The first time we stayed, our room was on the same floor as a boys basketball team who spent most of the night playing basketball in the hall, bouncing basket balls off all the doors and slamming others as they moved about. We tried complaining to the front desk, but was told that there was nothing they could do about it. Didn't get much sleep. The second more recent stay was a similar situation with the rooms above us occupied by a group of very young people who sounded like they were destroying their rooms. Loud music, smashing sounds, and excited chanting that would lead me to believe that multiple wrestling matches were happening. The location is convenient and the prices are okay, but don't say here if your planning to sleep. We will never stay here again.
