- JFJohn FrederickNov 3, 20252.0Our room we stayed at was on third floor and bathroom door handle was like not normal and loose and behind the tv in the room you could see the dust and looked like they didn’t vacuum the floor well it’s was a nice stay for the price but the bathroom ceiling looks like repaired the check in lady was awesome dress for Halloween and the pool was great as well as breakfast might come back if they remodel it differently needs it in some spots

Dirty bandaids, moldy walls, cracked paint, mystery stains and splashes on the walls and doors…also, it’s LOUD. The floors shake when people walk by your room. The pool was decent, breakfast was ok. The pool towels are hardly bigger than a hand towel, and you only get two full size towels per room. We got 4 towels for a group of 7. I’ve stayed in other holiday inn express locations that were in better condition with better amenities. I did appreciate the complimentary late check out we were able to get, but the dirty room ruined it for us. Won’t be back, and I was pretty disappointed in what $350 got me.

Breakfast is really good here. There are lots of food stations and have a good area for eating and for getting your food too.

We had an early check-in and had missed the Continental breakfast but Fatima was so sweet and kind-hearted and got us some cinnamon rolls, bagels with cream cheese and even had the juice machine unlocked so we could have juice! If you're ever in this area, THIS is the place to stay!
