The hot chocolate they enticed us with didn't exist after returning from shopping in 20 degree weather. Matresses are extra firm, bring ibuprofen and a sleep aid and ear plugs as the hotel is very noisy with children running around constantly.

I’m going to get a level for the maintenance guy for Christmas. The hotel has a pretty good continental breakfast and pool which is nice. The location is perfect!

I did ask for it to be cleaned and they did clean it, but it was supposed to be ready for us. This time of year I paid a premium price for a gross room.
