- BCBiller ChipperMar 4, 20265.0I stayed at this hotel during one of the hardest moments of my life, I didn’t expect anything amazing, I just needed somewhere to sleep close to the hospital. When I tell you that the hotel service given to us by JULIA made this experience out of this world!! She brought so much peace and went beyond measures to ensure we had a calm and pleasing stay while we were going through such a hard time, She went out of her way to check on us and our situation multiple times to see if anything was needed and showed genuine concern for our situation. I will never stay anywhere else in the area. The room was spotless, I was able to take a well needed comfortable hot shower. A full breakfast in the morning that had multiple appetizing options. And great customer service. Friendly workers and nearby the Hurley hospital. Would 100% recommend. One of the nicest hotels you will find in the area.
