First the no water, then my friend's room toilet is unusable, and my family and I got locked outside of our room for one hour due to door sensor issue. Manager doesn't care at all. The Hotel was completely out of creamer for coffee, there were dust bunnies in the elevator, stains on the bedding, the sink in the bathroom is not reachable to a child, hair was clung to the wall in the bathroom, many holes/dents within the walls, there was only 1 remote for two tvs, when looking out the window there was a fresh patch that wasn't painted over yet, the pull out bed was not usable because all you could feel was the metal bars. Left after only about 6 hours of our planned 2-night stay without any resolution to all of the issues experienced. NEVER RETURNING.
