The Hotel was completely out of creamer for coffee, there were dust bunnies in the elevator, stains on the bedding, the sink in the bathroom is not reachable to a child, hair was clung to the wall in the bathroom, many holes/dents within the walls, there was only 1 remote for two tvs, when looking out the window there was a fresh patch that wasn't painted over yet, the pull out bed was not usable because all you could feel was the metal bars. Left after only about 6 hours of our planned 2-night stay without any resolution to all of the issues experienced. NEVER RETURNING.

Literally showed the dude on the app my company pays for it and he told me I was wrong, very unprofessional smelled like weed too. Hotels pretty nice for the area though. TV’s are nice pretty modern looking. Shower floods my entire bathroom.

Even after staying multiple days, they expect guests to bring used towels to the reception to get clean ones. The place doesn’t feel safe. Only one person seems to be handling everything — cooking, cleaning tables, and managing guests — she’s clearly overburdened and ends up being rude to people.
